It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Irving Sulmeyer. Irving exemplified remarkable legal ability, knowledge and integrity. The Firm proudly carries his name into the future.
Dean Rallis has returned to the firm as a Member. Mr. Rallis comes back to us from Alston + Bird LLP and will continue to specialize in the area of Insolvency.
John Samberg joined the firm as a Member. Most recently, Mr. Samberg served as Vice President of Contracts and Compliance to CLP Resources, Inc. where, in addition to his executive duties, he also continued to hone his skills as a top notch litigator. John is admitted to practice in California, England, Wales, and most recently, Nevada.
Asa Hami joined the firm as an Associate. Asa was admitted to practice in California, 2000. He comes to us from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
