Ms. Jiang was admitted to the California bar in 2011. She was born in Yantai, China, and attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she received her B.A. in political science and sociology in 2008. Ms. Jiang received her J.D. in 2011 from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. During law school, Ms. Jiang served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Randolph Baxter in the Northern District of Ohio.
