Arnold Kupetz specializes in insolvency law. He is an appointed member of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel of Trustees and a state court receiver. Mr. Kupetz has also been appointed receiver by Superior Courts for the Counties of Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, Orange and Kern.  He has served as trustee or receiver for many operating companies, and as trustee in hundreds of liquidation cases, since 1963.

Mr. Kupetz served as law clerk for Justice O. Otto Moore of the Colorado Supreme Court and as Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Kupetz is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California and District of Colorado, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Kupetz is also active in many civic organizations, including the Valley Interfaith Council, Valley Shelter, Jewish Community Relations Council and the Brandeis-Bardin Institute.

Mr. Kupetz attended the University of Colorado and received a B.S. in Law and J.D. from the University of Denver.
