Arriving at the Bank of America Plaza
SulmeyerKupetz is located on the top of Bunker Hill, in downtown Los Angeles. We are on the 35th floor of the Bank of America Building. The parking entrance is located at the corner of 3rd and Hope Street, on the west side of Hope. You will need a Driver's License, or a valid ID. You need to check in at the Reception Desk downstairs, and if we are expecting you, your name should be registered at the Reception Desk. Sometimes errors happen, and the security people will call our floor to clear you for admittance...sorry we all know that this is an inconvenience, but it is a requirement in most office buildings today.
Coming from the north or south, from the 110 Harbor Freeway, please exit at 4th Street, bear to your right, taking the up ramp to Hope Street, make a left on Hope and another left, just north of the building into the parking structure.
Coming from the 101 (Hollywood Freeway) going south, please exit at Temple St., going straight you will be on Hope Street, making a left onto 1st Street, and a right onto Grand Ave., with a right again onto 3rd Street. The parking entrance will be right in front of you on Hope Street.
Coming from the 101 (Hollywood Freeway), going north, please exit at Grand Ave., and make a right turn on 3rd Street. The parking entrance will be right in front of you on Hope Street.
Coming from the 10 (San Bernardino Freeway) westbound, please take the 101 north, exit at Grand Ave, making a right onto 3rd Street. The parking entrance will be right in front of you on Hope Street.
Coming from the 60 (Pomona Freeway), please take the 101 North, exit at Grand Avenue, making a right on 3rd Street. The parking entrance will be right in front of you on Hope Street.
Coming from the 5 (Santa Ana Freeway), please take the 101 North, exit at Grand Avenue, making a right on 3rd Street. The parking entrance will be right in front of you on Hope Street.
Departing the Bank of America Plaza
To the 110 (Harbor Freeway), north or south, please exit parking structure at Hope Street, cross the intersection and make a right turn onto Grand Ave, continue south, a very short distance and turn right onto 5th Street, follow the freeway signs for north or south on the Harbor Freeway.
To the 10 (Santa Monica Freeway) westbound, please exit parking structure, at Hope Street, cross the intersection and make a right turn onto Grand Ave, continue south, a very short distance and turn right onto 5th Street, follow the freeway signs for south on the Harbor Freeway, which will connect to the Santa Monica Freeway, going west.
To the 101 (Hollywood Freeway) northbound, please exit parking structure, at Hope Street, cross the intersection and make a left turn onto Grand Ave, the 101 north will be on your left side, just past Temple Street.
For the South, and Eastbound freeways, please exit parking structure and make an immediate left onto Hope, continue to Temple Street, and follow directions for the 101 south, which will merge into the San Bernardino (10), the Pomona (60) and the 5 (Santa Ana) freeways.
