David Goodrich Generates $5.7 Million for Creditors through Sale of 16 Residential Properties

In a case where Senior Counsel David Goodrich was appointed as chapter 7 trustee, Mr. Goodrich closed the sale of 16 residential properties, generating $5.7 million for distribution to creditors.

Prior to closing this sale, Mr. Goodrich operated the debtor’s business for more than two years.  During this period, he evicted several tenants and renegotiated open escrows that existed on the petition date. Mr. Goodrich’s efforts as trustee resulted in significant funds for creditors of the estate.
