Trustee Elissa D. Miller will serve as the 2019 – 2020 Vice Chair of Programs for the California Lawyer Association’s (CLA) Business Law Section. She is responsible for oversight and coordination of programs presented by Business Law Section’s 15 standing committees.
CLA is a nonprofit, voluntary organization and the new home of the Sections of the State Bar of California and the California Young Lawyers Association. CLA’s extensive membership represents the vast diversity of California’s legal community and the various areas of law practiced throughout the state.
For CLA’s annual meeting, held from October 10 – 12, the theme was “Navigating the Future for All California Attorneys” focused on obtaining connections, industry insights and innovative business solutions. The meeting took place in Monterey, California.
