Member Elissa Miller will speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Winter Leadership Conference, held at the Terranea resort in Rancho Palos Verdes from December 1 – 3, 2016. She will present on the panel “Disruptive Engagement: The Role of Creditors’ Committees and Individual Creditors in Asset Sales” on Saturday, December 3 along with Melissa A. Hager of Morrison & Foerster LLP; Brian S. Hermann with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP; and Mark S. Indelicato with Hahn & Hessen LLP.
Additionally, materials from Attorney Steven Werth’s November 2015 webinar on student loan dischargeability will be presented and distributed by Judge Daniel P. Collins at the conference.
