Member Victor Sahn will moderate the Hot Topics in Bankruptcy panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI)’s 24th Annual Bankruptcy Battleground West. The panel will address emerging topics in bankruptcy cases, including bankruptcy law developments in connection with secured creditor gifting in chapter 11 cases, entertainment cases, nonprofit education school cases and chapter 9 cases.
