The chapter 11 plan of reorganization of Webalo, Inc., was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Los Angeles on September 15, 2014. The plan effectuates the necessary restructuring of approximately $30,000,000 of Webalo’s debt and equity interests and a recapitalization of Webalo.
