- Advised international bank in connection with $10 million revolving line of credit and letter of credit facility for borrower in the construction industry.
- Pursued claims by victims of hedge fund Ponzi scheme as Chapter 7 trustee, resulting in recovery of $10 million for the benefit of creditors.
