Victor Sahn has more than 40 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney. He has extensive experience representing Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees, as well as secured creditors, equity committees, and individual unsecured creditors, in bankruptcy cases. He also works frequently with asset purchasers in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, and with plan proponents in relation to Chapter 11 matters.
Victor has been involved in high profile regional and national matters involving entities such as J.C. Penney, Lucky Brand, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Neiman Marcus Stores, Sur La Table, Brooks Brothers, Ascena Retail Group (over 2,000 retail stores, including Ann Taylor), Global Brands Group (yearly sales over $900 million), Tailored Brands (Men’s Warehouse and Jos. A. Bank), G-Star Retail, Le Pain Quotidien, J. Crew Group, VER Technologies, Fallas Discount Stores, and General Electric Capital Corporation. Victor has been recognized among U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers since 2019 and as a Super Lawyer every year since 2011.
