Victor Sahn has more than 40 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney. He has extensive experience representing Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees, as well as secured creditors, equity committees, and individual unsecured creditors, in bankruptcy cases. He also works frequently with asset purchasers in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, and with plan proponents in relation to Chapter 11 matters.

A. Bank), G-Star Retail, Le Pain Quotidien, J. Crew Group, VER Technologies, Fallas Discount Stores, and General Electric Capital Corporation.
