Senior Counsel David M. Goodrich will discuss the latest developments in bankruptcy case law and court procedures at the 2nd Annual Consumer Bankruptcy Law Update at Chapman University Fowler School of Law on Thursday, April 23 at 5:30 p.m. Mr. Goodrich, along with five judges from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, will present case law developments from 2014-2015 in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 practices, and explore how bankruptcy practices may be impacted.
