Managing Member Howard Ehrenberg has been appointed to the Bankruptcy Mediation Panel of the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California. Mr. Ehrenberg was appointed to this position after completing 30 hours of mediation training through the Los Angeles County Bar.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court recognizes that formal litigation in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings often foists significant economic burdens on parties, and often leads to drawn-out disputes. The Court’s mediation training program was established to enable litigants to resolve their disputes more quickly, with fewer costs and often without a majority of the stress and pressure that litigation entails.
