Senior Counsel Steve Werth will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) annual spring meeting, presented by the Secured Creditors subcommittee of the Business Bankruptcy Committee. Werth’s presentation “Are You Ready for the Financial Crisis of 2019 2020,” will identify signs of another financial crisis and potential triggers, the role student debt may play in the next crisis, and whether recently changed tax laws play any role.
Held on March 26-28, 2020 in Boston, the annual meeting will feature 80 CLE programs in all areas of business law prepared and presented by thought leaders and attorneys from over 20 countries.
