Member Victor Sahn presents a bankruptcy panel at the American Society of Appraisers’ Associating with Appraisers and Attorneys Seminar on March 2 at the Marina Village Conference Center in San Diego, CA.
Along with presenters Eric Goldberg and Robert Dietrich, the panel will cover the practice of bankruptcy law and how appraisers are involved. Topics will include the players in bankruptcy, different types of bankruptcies (as well as the types that matter most to appraisers), and the process as it relates to valuation. The panel will also discuss pitfalls to avoid and examples from past experiences.
